CobbleStone Vendor/Client Gateway - Overview

Welcome to the CobbleStone Vendor/Client Gateway!

 

This landing page will allow you to:

1. Login to an existing account

2. Create a new account

3. Download blank identity and banking forms to complete and upload to your record (see Document Library tab in menu)

 

To get started, if you have already created an account and have received an email notification stating that your account has been activated and providing you with your Company ID,  then simply click the 'Sign In' button to the left and you will be taken to a login screen.

 

Don't have an account set up yet?  Simply click on the 'Create Account' button and complete the online form to supply us with the relevant information to create your account.

Before you begin that application, please note that you will have an opportunity on the final screen of the account setup process to upload your identity and banking documents.  Although you can do this later, it is preferable to provide them prior to your account activation.  Please consult the Document Library tab on the menu to download blank versions of the forms that apply to you so you will have them ready to upload.

 

Once you have an activated account (this may take up to 24 hrs, as it is a manual review process), the gateway will allow you to do the following:

1) view your currently active contracts with The Task Force for Global Health; 

2) upload necessary documentation (e.g., W9 and ACH or Wire forms), as well as invoices and deliverables;

3) add other Contacts to the record, as needed.;

4) Please note: if you later need to make any corrections or changes to the name, address, or contact fields, please send an emailed request for assistance to contractmanagement@taskforce.org.
